Tim Weber

Executive Vice President

In 1987, Tim Weber began his career in the metal panel industry, working in the shop and later Engineering Dept. at Midwest Metal Fabricators in New Haven, Missouri. He then moved to an Engineering Company as a drafter\programmer doing shops and fab drawings for Metal panel companies across the United States. Afterward, he opened his own successful drafting company in Missouri before coming to Washington D.C. as the Engineering Manager for Mid-Atlantic Construction Supply\TSI Arch. Metals.

In November 2015, Tim joined the Above All Storefronts team as Director of Panel Operations before moving to Castle Architectural Metals to serve as Executive Vice President. As Executive VP, Tim oversees the day-to-day of all projects and plays an integral role in the design-assist process, working directly with clients to ensure a successful outcome.

Originally from outside St. Louis, Missouri, he now resides with his wife in Patchogue, New York.

Kevin Albert

Senior Project Manager

While working toward his Bachelor of Architectural Technology at the New York Institute of Technology, Kevin Albert was eager for hands-on experience in the architectural metals industry, beginning his career at Kenneth J Herman Inc. in the early 1990s. After years of dedication and dozens of successful architectural installations, he earned the title of Vice President. Some significant milestones in Kevin’s career include being a part of the World Trade Center Tower One rebuild and working on the United States District Court for the NY Eastern District in Central Islip, the second largest courthouse in the US and one of the largest structures on Long Island.

Five years ago, Kevin joined the Above All Store Fronts team before moving to Castle Architectural Metals to serve as Senior Project Manager. As Senior Project Manager, he oversees the creation of shop drawings and deals directly with project managers to successfully coordinate project requirements and engineering tasks.

When off the clock, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and observing the unique contrasts in architectural structures. Originally from New Hyde Park, he now resides with his wife and two sons in Lindenhurst.

Justin Birch

Project Manager

Justin has a degree in Architectural Drafting and adds 26 years of AutoCAD expertise to the Castle Architectural team. Building up his experience in the building envelope industry for Craftsman Storefronts and Glass in Bayshore, New York, Justin brings nearly 20 years of industry knowledge and know-how to the family.

Joining Above All Storefronts in the summer of 2021, Justin joined the new, Castle Architectural Metals division to assist the team as a Project Manager. As Project Manager, Justin handles various responsibilities, including:

  • Coordinating information between specifications, architecturals, engineering and shop drawings
  • Managing and coordinating project submittals with the members of his unit
  • Problem solving and logistics
  • Material procurement

Justin has deep roots in New York and the construction industry going back to the early 1900s. He is a lifelong Long Islander and has a wife, daughter, and two sons.

Bobby Torres

Operations Manager

Bobby Torres serves as the Operations Manager at Castle Architectural Metals, overseeing daily manufacturing operations, production planning, quality control, and team development. With more than a decade of experience in architectural metals fabrication and manufacturing leadership, he brings extensive expertise in process optimization, production scheduling, CNC programming, and employee management.

Since joining the Above All Store Fronts team in 2018, Bobby has helped improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and strengthen collaboration across departments. Following Castle Architectural Metals’ acquisition of Above All Store Fronts, he continued to expand his leadership role and contribute to the company’s growth and success.

A lifelong Long Island resident, Bobby takes pride in being part of the local community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and making the most of family life on Long Island.

Known for his strong work ethic, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, Bobby is committed to building successful teams and delivering quality results for both the company and its clients.

Geysel Archaga

Fabrication Shop Manager

With experience in metal fabrication and manufacturing, Geysel oversees the daily operations of the shop at Castle Architectural Metals, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. He manages production workflows, coordinates fabrication teams, maintains equipment performance, and helps solve complex production challenges to keep projects on schedule and running efficiently.

Known for his hands-on leadership style and attention to detail, Geysel is committed to fostering a strong team environment while delivering dependable results for clients on every project.

Outside of work, Geysel enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and cycling whenever he has the opportunity.
